Shape Memory and Superelastic Technologies Conference in San Diego
We are pleased to announce that Martina Bernini is presenting her research in the Shape Memory and Superelastic Technologies (SMST) Conference and Exposition in San Diego, CA, USA. This year, SMST is commemorating 60 years of Nitinol, the biomaterial use. Martina has improved the reliability of the manufacturing process of nitinol stents with Vascular Flow Technologies Spiral Laminar Flow (SLF) technology. Martina is PhD student at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) supervised by Dr. Ted Vaughan and Dr. William Ronan. Her project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program Bioimplant ITN.
